Hi! My name´s Dan and this is my wife, Jill.

Five years ago we started a quest to improve our bodies. This all started out as a challenge we both gave to each other.

Now, I always thought of myself as being fit and athletic, but at the time I just didn´t seem to be getting the results I wanted from my workouts.

In fact, I hit a plateau. No matter how hard I tried to build additional muscle, nothing was working for me. At one point I gave up.

This is when I started gaining unwanted fat around my mid section. My family made fun of me. They said it was just the marriage 15 -- I thought that only happened to you ladies in college, ha-ha. By the way, my wife doesn´t think that was very funny. Well, I never said I was a comedian.

Anyway, my wife, who had always been an exceptional athlete herself, particularly in swimming, started to notice that her swimmer´s body was starting to go on the way side.

Bodybuilding Workout Routines Changed Our Lives for the Better!

From there, we made a pact to help each other out. We did a lot of research on different bodybuilding workout routines. We found out that we had been performing many of them wrong.

Also, we weren´t eating the right foods. Up to that point, I lived on a bulking and cutting cycle (albeit I hadn´t been cutting lately).

While our fitness goals were different, we did have a common goal. We both wanted to improve the effectiveness of the bodybuilding workout routines we were doing. And learn a new way to diet and nutrition to help us achieve our goals.
